Level II care is an additional $300.00 per month. Level III care is an additional $600.00 per month. Level IV care is an additional $900.00 per month.
A $1500.00 Admission Fee is required to reserve any residence. This Admission Fee is a one-time fee and is used to maintain the common areas and physical plant. In the event a residence is reserved but does not become occupied due to resident health reasons, all of the Admission Fee is refundable. Up to one half of the fee is refunded on a prorated basis if during the first ninety days the resident experiences care needs which are beyond the scope of services provided and they are required to move out from their residence. All prices subject to change.

Basic services include: 3 meals a day, 7 days a week plus snacks, weekly laundry services, weekly housekeeping services, basic utilities including basic cable, general apartment maintenance, 24 hour access to staff and scheduled transportation to local doctor visits (by appointment) and social outings.
Assistance with Activities of Daily Living and Medication Supervision is available. (Medication costs are the responsibility of the resident and/or family). Rambling Oaks Courtyard is a smoke-free community. Smoking will be permitted in a designated outside area.
An $800.00 non-refundable pet fee is required for those who choose to keep and care for their own pet. The pet must weigh less than 15 pounds and requirements of resident care for the pet will be discussed during the initial assessment phase.
